i found this thing on how to be her to so here it goes :
BETTY PAGE HOW TO: (kind of like katy perry)
Step 1
Wear fitted satin retro dresses. Bettie often wore slinky dresses made of satin, with body-hugging fits to accentuate her famous curves. The dresses can be in any color; just make sure they're on the tight side.
Step2
Add chiffon bodices, which are sultry additions to any wardrobe. They show and conceal skin, part of Bettie's feminine mystique.
Step3
Dress in the rockabilly style. From petticoat skirts to swing dresses, Bettie Page was a symbol of this 1950s style. Puffy skirts, corsets, frills and ultra-feminine dresses were all her staples.
Step4
Accessorize well with pin hair clips, ribbons and bows. The more the merrier.
Step5
Get your hair styled and cut like Bettie. Her long, flowing locks were always jet black, with blunt and heavy bangs framing her face.
Step6
Wear gloves, which almost always accompanied Bettie's tantalizing ensembles. She preferred to wear opera gloves, which are long gloves that come past the elbows (sometimes even all the way up to the shoulders). Black opera gloves add more to the Bettie effect. ( Though i don't think step 6 works with cold or really hot weather).. Also, There's this online shop called Betty Page (: 
BUT TO BE KATY PERRY:
- Dye your hair black. Katy also wears her hair in very retro styles from the 50's but with a modern twist. Look for curly retro pin up styles for inspiration. Katy also tends to wear a lot of flowers in her hair. If you're not looking to change your hair, you could also purchase a wig.
- Look for vintage clothes and looks with bright colors and fun patterns, like florals. Katy's clothes are also in the pinup/vintage category. She tends to sport high waist bottoms and outfits cinched at the waist.
- Try to look for unusual, but fun and unique accessories. A good place for accessories is girlprops.com. Make sure they compliment your outfit in a good way. Accessories Katy tends to wear are big bangles or neon colored Wayfarers.
- Try to find shoes that are bright in color or have cute features like bows or polka dots.Katy seems to wear pin up styled platforms.
- Wear red lipstick if you're wearing red in your outfit. Her makeup always seems to match her outfit. Black cat eye makeup seems to compliment red outfits also. If you're wearing pink, wear pink lip gloss or pink eyeshadow. Just have fun with the makeup and put a unique and cute spin on it.
